As the CEO of the firm and leader of the Consulting practice, Eric Christensen wears multiple hats surrounding leadership, coaching and executive management and advisory services. He provides day-to-day leadership of ELO CPAs & Advisors and its growing client base while supporting our growing staff with their individual and practice growth initiatives. He provides consulting and business advisory services to clients with a variety of challenges across multiple industries.

I have coached soccer for many years, and the coaching mindset has been one of the greatest drivers of my professional success. It has helped to prove that if you can get everyone to have the same mindset, put team above self, and put forth maximum effort to maximize your strengths - team and personal success will follow. 

 

I have proven this in business and in coaching others and my children. My daughter proved those teachings and helped her team win a National Championship while personally earning Best XI and MVP honors. 

 

Every day I try to do the same for our clients because if we follow these teachings and commit to a common goal, we will all find the success we seek together.
