Q&A WITH THE TEAM

What do you do and how do you make an impact for others?

Seeing clients succeed and knowing ELO played a part in that success, even if it is a small part, by assisting them with any needs/questions they may have, is rewarding.

What are your hobbies?

I love to golf. The great Arnold Palmer once put it perfectly, "Golf is deceptively simple and endlessly complicated. It satisfies the soul and frustrates the intellect. It is at the same time rewarding and maddening --- and it is without a doubt the greatest game mankind has ever invented."

What advice do you have for prospective employees of ELO?

Be a sponge. Always be willing to learn and try again. Don't be afraid to ask questions.

What have you gained from working at ELO?

It is More than just knowledge and experience in various industries, I have gained connections and friendships within the community amongst other professionals and community members that I may not have otherwise.

What are three words to describe ELO?

Professional. Challenging. Flexible.

What is your favorite sport and/or favorite team to watch?

I love to watch all sports, but my favorite is college basketball and watching my UNC Tarheels. I do enjoy watching a good Saturday slate of college football games too.

What's on your bucket list?

Attending The Masters golf tournament and a Ryder Cup across the pond with a group of buddies are at the top of my bucket list.

What places have you lived?

My family and I moved to Mitchell, SD when I was five years old, and aside from my college years in Brookings, SD and Vermillion, SD, I have called Mitchell home.

What is one place in the world you would love to visit?

I'd love to travel to Ireland.

What's the one thing in life you could not live without?

Aside from family and friends, I'd say my golf clubs. No way I could give up golf.
